Refund policy

Eligibility
Customers may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
• Perishable goods
• Hygiene or personal care products once opened
• Customized or made-to-order items

 

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws, Hype Harmony will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as applicable.

 

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our support team at contact@hypeharmony.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by Hype Harmony if the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
